Preparation, Analysis and Coordination Course

2024 Course Dates: 16-20 Sep or 07-11 Oct 2024

Learn the various TRA methodologies, the proper coordination and critical threat analysis associated with the TRA process. Instruction by former DND members certified as Canadian Risk Managers (CRM), RCMP TRA, HTRA and US Homeland Security TRA writers with over 30 years of experience with DND.

Threat and risk assessment (TRA) reporting has become mandatory in almost every professional field including force protection, security, IT security (SA&A), finances, engineering, project management etc. DBHS has been focused on the process and methodologies associated with the TRA procedure since 1981 and has been developing, refining and employing various methods over the past 30 years.

DBHS is now offering a four-day intense training course focusing on TRA preparation, methodology, formats, coordination, analysis and how to act as the TRA Team Lead by instructors with over 30 years experience in the TRA profession and certified as Canadian Risk Managers (CRM) – TRA, HTRA, and US Homeland Security TRA writers.

Over the past number of years, there has been a common misconception to equate TRAs to Physical Security Surveys (PSS). This is not a course in physical security surveys.

Who should attend:

This course is open to all levels of experience for TRA Analysts/Assessors, Threat Analysts (Intelligence Analysts), Force Protection and Security Risk Managers.

What you will learn:

– Purpose of TRAs
